We at EDUGRAM introduce ourselves as a pioneer educational institution with a mission of “ Education for All” erasing the boundaries of age, gender & distance. In the process to achieve our mission, EDUGRAM has collaborated with various Government Projects and other organizations for the skill development of the youth. With the vast and extensive experience of our faculty, we are into conducting various workshops/ training sessions for the upcoming professionals in the fields of Personality Development, Group discussion tactics, Confident Public Speaking and Interview facing skills / Career Counseling. Also, with vast experience of our faculty we conduct classes on Management Skills, Time Management, Self Management and real time workshops to demonstrate the management potential of the young people. Edugram is multi facilitated group and is committed towards promoting, imparting and facilitating sustainable quality education directly and through its associate network at over 20+ locations in Rajasthan.
EDUGRAM has work experience as an Authorised VTA under PMKVY scheme of NSDC. The initiative has been taken to give the studentsthe most sought after answer post completion of their education, “Employability” and the scheme is oriented towards developing skills in specific growth sectors.
Edugram group is also proud of having built up a strong industry network and tie ups with leading educational institutes / universities in Rajasthan, wherein our experts impart various trainings to the students and also provide them career counseling.

Over 2000+ students were trained by our expert faculty for NSDC STAR under BC / BF module of BFSI scheme in a short span of 6 months. Edugram has also tie up with leading manpower consultants pan India to provide the students suitable employment opportunity.

Our Team – Edugram’s Management Team comprises of professionals who have worked with well established corporate houses and organizations. They are highly trained professionals, committed to the business with a focus on providing quality and efficiency-with a long term view and a passion to excel.
Reena Jain – Co Founder , is a M.Sc. – Mathematics and a seasoned professional with over 8 years of demonstrated excellence in Teaching, Branch Administration, Client Relationship Management & Team Management. She has demonstrated skills in team supervision and relationship management as well as exceptional communication abilities to cut across organizational levels.
Ajit Jain – Co Founder, is a ALP from IIM, Ahemdabad and has 12+ years of cross-cultural experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Channel Management, Internal & External Client Relationship Management and Talent/Team Management. He is a highly competent individual and has worked in diverse environments with people from varied backgrounds and has consistently showcased leadership qualities by seizing control of critical problem areas and delivering on client commitments.
Quality Management and Monitoring
Edugram has developed an in-house robust Quality Management Process (QMP) both for the trainees as well as for the Faculty.
Quality Management Program for Students (QMP-S) : It is a 4 step (ALPP) process development by the management team at Edugram to ensure the quality training to all the students undergoing various skill development programs. This process ensures monitoring at each and every step, so as to understand the requirement of each and every student.
Step 1: Acquisition
Initially the focus is extensively on acquisition of the students. The objective is to reach to every household situated in a particular segment. It primarily aims in bringing awareness about the initiative & its benefits in the masses. To widen the reach of the information being provided several mediums are used to educate about the program.
They are:
- Visiting maximum households
- Advertising in newspapers
- Advertising in internet
- Visiting community help centers
- Correspondence with other partner entities
Various education counseling sessions/ career counseling classes are organized to mobilize the students towards the benefits of the skill development. Also, this helps us to understand the level of the students and plan accordingly for the training program.

Students are selected based on their qualification and the eligibility criteria laid down under the particular program/ scheme. Based on these criteria, students are enrolled and admission letters are issued to them.
Step 2: Learning
This is the most important step under the ALPM program, as it provides the requisite training and skills to the students so that they become employable. Our expert and certified faculty provide training for all courses.
- Entire schedule for the training program is chalked out well in advance.
- Regular Classroom trainings are provided so as to maintain the flow of learning.
- Small batches are encouraged, so that proper attention can be provided to each and every student.
- Regular interventions are planned by senior faculties.
- Doubt solving sessions are organized on a regular basis
- Practical training is imparted as per the designed schedule.
- Computer Lab for providing computer training
- Educational films, motivational speeches, talent shows are conducted.
- Students showing good progress are rewarded and encouraged.
- Industry visit for the students are organized from time to time.
At Edugram, we follow 5 step model of training and it is repeated on a regular basis to make further improvements.
Analyze and identify the training needsi.e. to analyze thedepartment, job, employees requirement, who needs training, what do they need to learn, estimating training cost, etc The next step is to develop a performance measure on the basis of which actual performance would be evaluated.
Design and provide training to meet identified needs. This step requires developing objectives oftraining, identifying the learning steps, sequencing and structuring the contents.
Develop– This phase requires listing the activities in the training program that will assist theparticipants to learn, selecting delivery method, examining the training material, validating information to be imparted to make sure it accomplishes all the goals & objectives.
Implementing is the hardest part of the system and proper care and steps are taken while carryingout this step.
Evaluating each phase so as to make sure it has achieved its aim in terms of subsequent workperformance. Making necessary amendments to any of the previous stage in order to remedy or improve failure practices.
Step 3: Placement
With a vast network of tie ups and industry linkages, We have been able to place a lot of students in various sectors pertaining to Banking, Insurance, Marketing etc.
After Completion of training, interviews for the trainees are arranged at various places and organizations are invited. Special focus is provided to the weak students. Also, the details of the students are shared with the Manpower consultants for further usage.
Step 4: Post Placement Monitoring
A unit specific to post placement tracking is designated to check for employment sustainability of the candidates who have procured employment.
To help ensure a successful placement, we will help the employee to sustain employment by the following measures:
- Organizing any required special training for the candidate.
- Keeping in touch with the employer, to monitor how the candidate is adapting to their new role.
- Keeping in touch with the candidate to counsel them individually through any difficulties they are facing in the role.
- Evaluation of the performance will be done once a week & the required follow up activity will be taken up.
- Periodic reviews are conducted during the following time frames
Training Methodology
The training imparted has been designed in a structured pattern incorporating various elements that are required to achieve substantial result in providing employment & adjustment to the physically challenged youth. The elements that are included in the course strategy are structured in a chronological system. The designed system is comprehensive involving all the required ingredients into making of a successful training course & placement opportunities.
The training methodology is a combination of four modules:
English language skills and fluency enhancement: The training will emphasize on the Englishlanguage skills- both written & oral as it is an essential component to procure employment, considering the fact that the trainees are from rural background comprising a majority of regional medium students. Various topics covered under this program are as follows:
- Introduction to Simple English: Voice Modulation, Sounds, pronunciation
- Word Stress Introduction to word formation, Sentences making ( oral & written)
- Reading articles, novels, picture reading, team work, self confidence, grooming, free speeches.
- Letter writing , application writing, Giving and receiving feedbacks, know yourself, free speeches , debate, article writing

Subject Training: The training will educate the trainees regarding the subject. It will constitute moreabout the subject & aims to bring awareness in a detailed & comprehensive pattern. It shall impart knowledge about the several sectors, process, functions, terminology, techniques & employment opportunities pertaining to the sector.
Soft Skills: The training will focus on an overall personality development & self improvement. It willspecifically emphasize on imparting soft skills training essential for employment in the sector. The aim of the module is to create job readiness & to hone the skills of the trainees & also ensure that they procure employment in the related sector.
Information and Communication Technology: The training will bring awareness about computerbecoming necessity to human beings. In today’s world Computer has become a necessity and is a perquisite for employment in any sector. Hence the training shall equip the trainees in CV preparation, Intelligent and informed decision making power, staying in contact, Saving time, higher productivity and better employment opportunities
